Terms of Service

jobbjobb.no is an AI-powered platform that helps job seekers write applications, manage their job search process, and prepare for interviews. The service is provided by Agens AS (hereinafter "we", "us", or "jobbjobb.no").

By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree to the terms, you must refrain from using the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes related to job seeking.
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures, unreasonably burden the infrastructure, or abuse API access.
• Not use the service to generate content that is misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable law.
• Not redistribute, sell, or resell access to the service without our written consent.

The service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate application texts, interview preparation, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the content you submit. AI-generated text is a tool. You should always review, adapt, and verify the content before using it in an application.
• AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• No job guarantee. Use of the service does not guarantee that you will receive a job, interview, or any other outcome.

• You own your content. CV data, application texts you have written or edited, and other content you provide remain your property.
• License to us. You grant us a limited right to process your content to deliver the service (e.g., sending text to AI models for generation).
• Our content. The service's design, code, logos, and other materials belong to Agens AS and are protected by copyright.

jobbjobb.no offers both free and paid features. For paid services, the following applies:

• Current prices are displayed in the service before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are not affected until the next renewal.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

• We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.
• We may modify, add, or remove features in the service. For significant changes that affect your use, we will provide reasonable notice.
• We may discontinue the service with 90 days' notice. You will be given the opportunity to export your data.

• The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond those required by mandatory law.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequences of using AI-generated content in applications.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
• These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited under Norwegian law.

Our processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. The privacy policy is an integral part of these terms.

• You may delete your account at any time from the settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, with prior notice where reasonable.

We may update these terms of service as needed. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or in the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the ordinary courts, with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
