Agens
Agens is an independent Norwegian company that creates digital craftsmanship. With offices in Oslo, Bergen and Grimstad, we bring together more than 45 designers, developers and strategic advisors with one shared ambition: to build digital experiences people actually love.
We're employee-owned — which means everyone here has a personal stake in what we deliver, from the first sketch to the finished product. Over more than 20 years we've built products, services and games with the user at the centre.
How JOBBJOBB started
JOBBJOBB started with a frustration most job seekers recognise. When Arild's wife began looking for a new job, it quickly became clear how time-consuming and difficult it is to write applications that truly land — especially when you're tailoring each one to a new listing.
Arild, a developer at Agens, realised this wasn't a problem only his wife had. A lot of people dream about jobs they never apply for because the process feels overwhelming. We wanted to do something about that.
